Welcome to Bay View Academy
The lottery for school year 2025-2026 is open! The first lottery window will close Feb 14, 2025 at 3pm. If you miss the first window for the lottery – don’t worry! We take applications all year long! Once we exhaust any grades wait list, we hold another lottery.
Bay View Academy is a public charter school based on the core principles of community, innovation, and passion for learning. The mission of BVA is to build strong, collaborative relationships to fuel a diverse, inclusive community committed to lifelong learning. The program is student-centered and anchored by talented teachers.
All interested families are encouraged to read our Admissions Policy to ensure that parents/legal guardians understand our application and lottery process.

Our application window for the 2024-2025 school year is still open! Applications received after Feb 16, 2024 at 3pm will be placed in our second lottery pool. We do enroll students all school year – so please apply anytime!
