The lottery for school year 2024-2025 is open! The first lottery window will close Feb 16th at 3pm, but still apply! We take applications all year long!
Bay View Academy is a public charter school based on the core principles of community, innovation, and passion for learning. The mission of BVA is to build strong, collaborative relationships to fuel a diverse, inclusive community committed to lifelong learning. The program is student-centered and anchored by talented teachers.
All interested families are encouraged to read our Admissions Policy to ensure that parents/legal guardians understand our application and lottery process.
Our open application window for the 2024-2025 school year is open! Applications received after Feb 16, 2024 at 3pm will be placed in our second lottery pool. We do enroll students all school year – so please apply anytime!

Open Enrollment Application
Our open application window for the 2023-2024 school year will start November 1st, 2022 and end on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 3:00 pm.
All applications received by this date will be included in our annual Public Lottery, which will take place on March 1, 2023. Applications received after the deadline will be placed in our second lottery pool.
Lottery Process
The 2022-2023 school year has started, but you may still apply. Your application will be placed into a second lottery pool. To apply, please fill out the form below, or email [email protected] and a link to the online application will be sent to you.
